Chorizo Empanadas
COURSE ONE– APPETIZER
Spicy chorizo and cream cheese stuffed in a crispy wonton served with a cucumber wasabi sauce
ELEVATOR 380 IPA   ABV 6%  IBU 60

Bigger cousin of the English Pale Ale, India Pale Ales were originally brewed wih extra alcohol and hops
to preserve the beer on long voyages from England to the colony.  Dry hopped, floral essence.

 

COURSE TWO - SOUP 
Gazpacho with Avocado Crema
Chargrilled tomatoes and other vegetables slightly spicy and served cold with an avocado mint cream soup
RHINEGEIST BUBBLES  ABV 6.2%
A rose cider/ale hybrid reminiscent of champagne.

 

COURSE THREE– ENTREE 1
 
Mahi Mahi
Pan seared Mahi Mahi beer glazed and finished in the oven with pickled vegetables
COLUMBUS BREWING IPA   ABV 6.3  IBU 60
Pale orange with grapefruit, pine and tropical fruit aromas

 

COURSE FOUR– ENTREE 2
 
Pork Medallions
Oven roasted pork tenderloins with  plantain mash, garnished with a habanero peach chutney
RHINEGEIST SEMI DRY CIDER  ABV 6.2%
Cider fermented to amplify the fragrance and essence of the apples whilst achieving a delightful, lip smacking dryness

 

COURSE FIVE DESSERT
Chocolate Cake

Triple layer chocolate cake made with dark roasted Cuban espresso and iced with Chocolate Ganache
GREAT LAKES EDMUND FITZGERALD PORTER  ABV 6.0%  IBU 37

Brewed in memory of the sunken freighter, with rich roasted barley and bittersweet chocolate-coffee notes.
